- developing bilateral and multilateral agreements and regulations on joint prevention and rectification of emergency consequences;
- interfacing with structures of other states and international organizations responsible for prevention and rectification of emergency consequences, carrying out joint plans and mechanisms of implementation of action plans for natural and technogenic catastrophes;
- establishing information and experience exchange related to respective issues;
- solving other tasks aimed at the implementation of the course of foreign policies in the field of SESU competences.
Key vectors of cooperation include contacts and practical programs of cooperation with the structures of the United Nations Organization, the Council of Europe and the European Commission, NATO, CIS, other organizations, as well as the development of bilateral international connections.
