International cooperation! A partnership agreement was signed today in the city of Krakow, Republic of Poland
Today in the city of Kraków, the Republic of Poland, a partnership agreement was signed between the Voivodeship Command of the State Fire Service in Kraków and the Main Department of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in the Odesa oblast regarding the implementation of the fifth stage of the project "Increasing the effectiveness of the response of Ukrainian rescue services to crisis situations."
The signing of this agreement consolidates the long-term cooperation between the departments, which has been ongoing since 2018, and provides an opportunity for further joint training of Polish and Ukrainian rescuers.
This is a doubly significant event, because on this day the Krakow Fire Service celebrates 150 years since its foundation.
Representatives of the Main Department of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in the Odesa oblast have a unique opportunity to take part in the events dedicated to the anniversary, in particular, in the divine service held in the St. Mary's Basilica and the parade of fire-rescue units and equipment by the Voivodeship Commandant of the State Fire Service in Krakow.
